Throughout
his artistic life, Gary Pruner
has continually pushed the boundaries of reality with his electric use
of color and imaginative juxtaposition of subject matter. This
ongoing passion is reflected in Pruner's new paintings depicting a
variety of flora and fauna that spring from the living world encountered
in his everyday life. Each work is an individual homage to the
fleeting beauty of the life forms that he cherishes. The theme of
Reflection was an apt
choice that captures the intend of Pruner's new works. The word
itself has variable connotations, all of which come into play within the
mind and heart of this artist.
